Program terms, minimums, product handling, approval requirements, confidentiality, and quality standards vary by Reseller, White Label, and Co-Packing scope.
Quality And Production
Products are produced according to applicable quality protocols. Lead times, capacity, minimums, storage, and handling requirements are confirmed by program.
Intellectual Property
Stream Water retains rights to its marks, processes, and materials. Partners retain ownership of approved submitted brand materials unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Payment And Pricing
Pricing, deposits, payment terms, and volume commitments are confirmed through current program documentation or signed agreements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
